Non-local household registration personnel must meet the following conditions for employment and entrepreneurship in new urban areas and development zones:

The applicant is not registered in this city, and the male is no more than 45 years old and the female is no more than 35 years old;

The applicant has been employed and started a business in a new urban area or development zone, and has paid social security (both paid by the unit and paid by individuals with flexible employment) for more than 6 months, and his business has been operating normally for more than 6 months.
