Why don't young people pay five insurances?

Now some people don't want to pay five insurances. Why? In fact, I don't want to pay five risks, which is also a normal psychological reaction. At present, among the five insurances paid by employees, only on-the-job employees can pay five insurances, and flexible employees can only pay endowment insurance and medical insurance. Therefore, most people who don't want to pay five insurances should belong to on-the-job employees, and flexible employees can't pay even if they want to.

First, I don't understand social security knowledge and social security policies.

Most people who don't want to pay the five insurances are people who have just joined the work and don't know social security knowledge. They think they are young and healthy, so there is no need to apply for social insurance so early. Because of social insurance, the monthly salary will be reduced by several hundred yuan or even thousands of yuan. If you pay social security, you may not be able to enjoy it in the future, even if the policy changes in a few decades. In fact, these are all caused by not knowing social security knowledge.

Second, I have not enjoyed social security benefits for a long time, so I am lucky.

Among the five insurances we bought, the most important ones are endowment insurance and medical insurance. Everyone thinks that old-age insurance needs to be paid until retirement age. Now I'm only in my twenties, and it's too far to pay for decades. Others think that they are in good health, have paid medical insurance for decades, and rarely enjoy medical reimbursement because of hospitalization; Unemployment insurance has been paid, but the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance are too harsh. Most people quit voluntarily, so they can't get unemployment insurance. Maternity insurance thinks that you are a man, not to mention work-related injuries, and the probability of working in an office is relatively low.

Third, migrant workers think that working is not a long-term solution, and buying is free.

Migrant workers account for a very large proportion of the groups who don't want to buy five insurances. They think they go to the city mainly to earn some money, so that they can go home to marry a wife and build a house. As for providing for the aged, medical care is not a big problem. As long as they have land and children at home, providing for the aged is not a big problem.

Some people don't want to pay the five risks. Although there are various reasons, it is fundamentally a matter of consciousness and concept. Once the ideological problems are solved, we can clearly realize how important the five risks are to us. In fact, among the five insurances we pay, except unemployment insurance, other insurances are basically not paid by ourselves.
