How to pay Foxconn social security?

Social insurance is a social and economic system that provides income or compensation for those who lose their ability to work, are temporarily unemployed or suffer losses due to health reasons. Its main items include endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance.

As an employer, Foxconn's personal social security payment amount should be the same as that of other employers, and the personal payment amount = payment base * payment ratio. Among them, the payment base is determined by the average monthly income of the parties in the previous year combined with the local upper and lower limits of this year. The proportion of individual contributions is 10.5%, of which 8% are pension, 2% are medical care and 0.5% are unemployed. Because everyone's average monthly income last year is different, their payment base and payment amount will be different, so there is no way to generalize.
