Retiree heating fee 2023 standards are as follows:

(a) The heating fee standard per person per heating period for the active and retired personnel of the organs and institutions has been increased from the current standard to 1550 yuan at the provincial level, 1100 yuan at the departmental level, 950 yuan at the departmental level, and 800 yuan at the section level and below, respectively.
