Those who have been registered in Shenzhen for 12 months and have social security 12 months can apply for a residence permit at the local residence permit acceptance point or through the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Residence Permit Service Platform". The residence permit acceptance point is generally in the household administration room of the police station in the jurisdiction. Those who meet the requirements for accreditation can bring their ID cards and digital photo receipts. Generally, it can be settled within 15 working days.
