Do social security cards have to be first-class cards?

Social security card is not necessary, as follows:

1 and Class II accounts can meet the payment needs of direct banking and online wealth management products, but they cannot access cash or transfer money to unbound accounts. In addition, the maximum daily consumption payment and payment cannot exceed 654.38+100000 yuan.

2. One type of account can only handle one account. A first-class account refers to an account opened through a traditional bank counter that meets all the strict requirements of real-name registration system. The functions of Class I account include deposit, purchase of wealth management products, withdrawal, transfer, consumption and payment. Social security card does not have some functions of first-class card, so it is not first-class card.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
