Can I return the social security card with one old and one young?

At present, the latest social security card is dual-purpose. If you deposit money in the social security card and use it as a bank card, you can withdraw it.

If you don't deposit money in it, the money in the original social security card can't be withdrawn and can only be used for consumption.
