First, you can't make money without a social security card.

The social security card cannot be used without activation. The insured must activate the social security card within half a year after receiving it, otherwise the original medical insurance card will be restricted. The insured person needs to bring his social security card and the original identity certificate to the corresponding bank outlet to activate the social security card, and the medical insurance account will return to normal after activation.

2. Where will the social security card not be activated?

The social security card account is independent, but it is handled in the bank (and there is a debit card on it). Now the money is also in the social security card account, and the activation card can be used. Social security card has a bank savings account. The Social Security Bureau will transfer the reimbursement amount to the social security card bank account within 20 working days, and the social security money deducted by the company will be credited to your account. If you haven't received the card, it doesn't matter. If you do this, the social security function will be activated for you immediately.

3. Where did the money go when the social security card was not activated?

The general social security department checks the information with the authorized cooperative bank in the middle of the month (around 15) and transfers the money to the personal social security card financial account. If the personal financial account of the social security card is activated before the check date, you can withdraw money from the card around the 28th of the current month. If it is activated after the check date, you can also withdraw money from the card around the 28th of next month. It can be activated at any time, and there will be a lot of money that has not been withdrawn in the current month and before.

You can directly take the social security card to the corresponding bank for activation, but remember to bring your ID card, which can activate the medical function and financial function of the social security card at the same time.

If the social security card is no longer used due to damage, loss, expiration and other reasons, it shall be included in the invalid list. Invalid list should be managed at different levels. The human resources and social security departments in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and provinces and cities respectively manage the invalid lists of social security cards in the whole country, the whole province and the whole city, and provide inquiry services.
