Jiashan medical insurance card cannot be used in Shanghai. Jiashan County is a county in Zhejiang Province, China, while Shanghai is a municipality directly under the Central Government, and their administrative divisions are different. Different regions have independent social medical insurance systems, including fund management, reimbursement ratio and reimbursement scope, which may be different. Due to the different social security systems in Shanghai and Jiashan County, it is impossible to directly use the medical insurance card across regions.
