How does insurance work in Beijing?

General insurance for enterprises includes pension, medical care, and work injury insurance.

Whether it is on or off, you need to go to the local social security bureau to apply, for example, the materials include legal identity card, business license, fill out the social insurance registration form, employee application form and other materials.

Strictly speaking, you have to buy five insurance policies, i.e., pension, medical, work injury, unemployment, maternity insurance and provident fund.

Taking the unit to buy the whole social security, the calculation is as follows:

Medical insurance: 2% for the individual, 8% for the unit;

Pension insurance: 8% for the individual, 12% for the unit;

Unemployment insurance: 1% for the individual, 2% for the unit;

Worker's compensation insurance: none for the individual, 1% for the unit;

Management insurance: none for the individual, 1% for the unit;

Workers compensation insurance: none for the individual, 1% for the unit;

Workers compensation insurance: none for the individual, 1% for the unit. Maternity insurance: none for individuals, 1% for units;

Provident fund: 3.5% for individuals, 3.5% for units.

And the costs of work injury and maternity insurance are borne by the unit.

Salary is 6,000 yuan per month, then the premiums are:

Medical insurance: 6,000 * 2% = 120 yuan, unit 6,000 * 8% = 480 yuan;

Pension insurance: 6,000 * 8% = 480 yuan, unit 6,000 * 12% = 720 yuan; 450

Unemployment insurance: 6,000 * 1% = 60 yuan, unit 6,000 * 12% = 720 yuan; 450

Unemployment insurance: 6,000 * 1% = 60 yuan, unit 6,000 * 12% = 720 yuan. *1%=60 yuan, unit 6000*2%=120 yuan;

Workers' Compensation Insurance: Individual none, unit 6000*1%=60 yuan

Maternity Insurance: Individual none, unit 6000*1%=60 yuan

Provident Fund: 6000*3.5%=210 yuan, 6000*3.5%=210 yuan.

So individual total: 870 yuan, unit total: 1650 yuan.

The calculations may differ from the actual ones, but the calculations go like this.
