Beijing social security base has not been declared.

Enterprises that fail to declare the annual base on time should make up the annual base.

Supplementary declaration process of annual base declaration:

The insured unit shall fill in the Annual Declaration Form of Social Insurance Payment Base of the Insured and the Public Roster, affix the official seal of the unit, and go through the formalities of paying back the base at the social insurance agency where the insured is located.

Materials to be provided in the supplementary report of annual base declaration:

Insured units to apply for supplementary annual payment base, need to provide the official seal of the "insured units annual social insurance payment base declaration form and publicity roster".

The enterprise shall make supplementary declaration on the base through the social insurance agency where the insured is located. If the enterprise fails to pay the fee in time because it fails to declare the annual base, the medical insurance management system will recognize that the whole unit has not paid the fee and block it, and the insured person will not be able to reimburse the medical expenses for the time being. After the unit pays the social insurance premium as a whole, the blockade will be lifted automatically, and the insured person can enjoy the treatment.

Enterprises that fail to declare the annual social security base on time will incur late fees:

According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law" and related regulations, the insured units should declare the annual social security payment base on time and pay social insurance premiums in full. If the social insurance premium cannot be paid in full and on time due to overdue declaration, an overdue fine of 5/10000 will be charged on a daily basis from the date of default.
