How to refund Guangzhou social security?

Social security cannot be refunded. If you want to leave the insured place now, the employer or the insured person shall submit a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance relationship to the social security agency of the newly insured place.

After the insured person stops insurance, he needs to bring the following information to the social security branch (the last social security bureau, the municipal insured person of the Municipal Bureau of Relations) for transfer:
