New social security policy for rural hukou

According to the current new Social Insurance Law, if you are a regular employee (including regular workers and contract workers), regardless of urban or rural hukou, the unit should provide social security for employees (including pension insurance, medical insurance, employee accident insurance and unemployment insurance). In addition, according to relevant policies, the unit should also pay the housing provident fund equally for rural registered workers.

Pension insurance payment: unit payment = employee's monthly salary ×20%, employee's individual payment = employee's monthly salary ×8%.

The payment ratio of medical insurance, employee accident insurance and housing provident fund shall be implemented in accordance with the payment ratio stipulated by the local competent department.
