Legal analysis: partnership law firms and state-funded law firms should provide social insurance for employed lawyers and auxiliary personnel in accordance with regulations, such as unemployment, pension and medical care.

Legal basis: "Measures for the Administration of Law Firms" Article 51 A partnership law firm and a state-funded law firm shall handle social insurance such as unemployment, pension and medical care for hired lawyers and auxiliary staff in accordance with regulations.

Where an individual law firm employs lawyers and auxiliary personnel, it shall handle social insurance for them in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
