1. At the same time, fill in the roster of insured persons (name, ID number, contact number, month of insurance) and report it to the collection department of social security center. After being audited by the social security center, the basic medical insurance premium shall be declared and paid to the local tax department of the enterprise before the next month 10.

3. When applying for insurance, the unemployed in an enterprise shall bring the Manual of Medical Insurance, the Notice on the Calculation of Renewal and Cohesive Payment Period of Medical Insurance Premium issued by the enterprise, and the documents on the termination of the labor contract to the social security center for renewal procedures.
