To go to the urban social security bureau where your company's business premises are located, the required information is as follows:

1. Copy of enterprise organization code, copy of business license, copy of tax registration certificate, registration form or approval certificate of foreign-invested enterprises operating in China (all stamped with the official seal of the unit)

2. Employees who have not applied for social security should provide a copy of 1 ID card and four one-inch photos. Employees who have applied for social security only need to provide their social security personal number to add.
