How to transfer the old-age insurance and medical insurance in Suzhou New District to the park?

Suzhou Industrial Park Management Center replied: One month after the employer opened an account for the employee park provident fund and paid the fee, the members brought their original ID cards to the center to issue an acceptance letter (the members transferred from the original urban area or new area stamped the Suzhou Cross-planning Area Migrant Workers Social Insurance Transfer Contact Letter issued by the social security agency in the center), then went to the original social security agency to handle the transfer procedures, and then sent the transfer form and payment details of the old-age medical insurance relationship issued by the original social security agency.
