Class c area represented by high-tech west zone:

Condition 1: House purchase by registered permanent residence: registered permanent residence in Class C area is enough.

Newly settled people: they need to be in Chengdu for social security 12 months or more (only the company's registered area is 1 1, and the social security time can be superimposed between different regions) and have a work unit.

Non-newly settled personnel: have a Class C regional account.

Condition 2: social security to buy a house: in the absence of a hukou, it is necessary to pay social security for 24 months in Class C (when buying a house, the company should be registered in Class C). If you are concerned about the D-type regional hukou, you can also purchase 24-month social security in the C-type region.
