In order to implement the sunshine government, to facilitate the insured personnel to understand the personal social security information in a timely manner, and effectively protect the rights and interests of the individual social security, from this month onwards, Jiaxing Citizen Service Network social security information query function officially opened. Any insured person who has received the Jiaxing Social Security Citizen Card can log on to the website to inquire about his or her pension, medical, unemployment, work-related injury and maternity insurance contribution base, arrival record, account consumption and treatment disbursement and other types of social security information.

Login Methods:

1. After entering the Jiaxing Citizen Service Website (), users can click on the "Citizen Card User Login" button in the upper left corner;

2. Users can enter their social security card number (ID card number), the integrated service password and the authentication code in order;

3. The password needs to be set up at Citizen Card service outlets.
