China Bank Dalian Financial Social Security Card Cancellation

(1) The cancellation of Dalian social security card of China Bank is based on the principle of "social security first, then finance", that is, the social security account is cancelled at the local social security card management department first, and then the financial debit account is cancelled at the bank.

(2) The agent brings the original and photocopy of the ID card (the agent holds the original and photocopy of the ID card of the agent) and the social security card to the local social security card management department, and the counter personnel enter the ID number or personal number of the agent in the system, check and print the Dalian Social Security Card Business Processing Form in duplicate (the basic business option is "card cancellation"). After the cancellation of social security function is completed, the manager will sign for confirmation, and social security and the manager will each keep a business processing form.

(3) If the handling personnel need to cancel the social security card financial deduction account, they must go to any branch of the bank with the Dalian Social Security Card Business Processing Form and the social security card provided by social security.
