Social Security Bureau: The main responsibilities of our bureau are as follows:

(two) to organize the implementation of labor and social security laws, regulations and rules, exercise the right of supervision and inspection of labor and social security in accordance with the provisions, and supervise the work of social security institutions at lower levels.

(four) to organize the implementation of national standards and industry standards for vocational classification and vocational skills; Implement the vocational skill appraisal policy and the vocational qualification certificate system; Formulate detailed rules for the planning and management of vocational skills training and re-employment training for employees of enterprises and vocational training institutions organized by employment training centers and social forces within their respective jurisdictions.
(five) the establishment of labor relations adjustment system, organize the implementation of labor supervision in the region; Organize the implementation of the labor contract and collective contract system; Responsible for labor contract verification and collective contract audit; Organize and implement the employee file management of the employing unit; Responsible for the supervision and implementation of the enterprise working hours, rest and vacation system and special labor protection management for female employees and underage workers.
(six) comprehensive management of local labor dispute handling and labor dispute arbitration, organize the implementation of labor dispute handling system and standardized management of labor dispute arbitration, and undertake the daily work of the district labor dispute arbitration committee.
(seven) to organize the implementation of macro-control management of enterprise employees' wages, and to draw up enterprise wage guidelines; Establish and implement the industry wage adjustment mechanism and the income distribution mechanism of state-owned enterprise operators.
(eight) to manage the social insurance work in the whole region, organize the implementation of basic social insurance policies such as pension, unemployment, medical care, work injury and maternity, and supervise and inspect the implementation.
(nine) the implementation of social insurance fund collection, payment, management and operation policies, the implementation of administrative supervision of social insurance fund management; Formulate the construction plan of social insurance service system and organize its implementation.
(ten) entrusted by the Council, the comprehensive management of the work-related injury identification and labor ability appraisal of enterprise employees in the whole region.
(eleven) reply to the suggestions and proposals of the NPC deputies and CPPCC.
(twelve) to guide the business work of the subordinate units of the labor and social security departments. Responsible for the training of labor and social security cadres, strengthen the team building of labor and social security departments in the whole region, do a good job in the construction of spiritual civilization, and manage the institutions affiliated to this bureau.
