I forgot to click on the local social security query on the Alipay Citizen Center page. The specific operation is as follows:

In Alipay query 1, click on the local social security query.

Click the local social security query on the social security page of Alipay Citizen Center.

2. Click Forgot Password.

On the login page, click Forgot Password.

3. Click the password to retrieve it.

Click Password Retrieval in the pop-up list below.

4. Enter personal documents

Enter personally identifiable information on the Forgotten Password page to proceed to the next step.

5. Click Reset Password.

After the authentication is successful, click Reset Password to reset the social security password.
