The target of social security institutions

(a) all kinds of enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, foreign or provincial institutions in Guangdong and their workers who have established labor relations with them;

(two) organs, institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units and workers who have established labor relations with them;

(3) migrant workers;

(4) Permanent representative offices or branches of foreign enterprises, overseas Chinese and enterprises from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao in Guangdong and their employees;

(5) Unemployed persons, self-employed workers and other on-the-job floating personnel;

(six) other units and individuals that meet the policy requirements.
