Non-deep household registration personnel have participated in social insurance in the special zone for 12 consecutive months from the date of household registration to the date of applying for residence permit.

Conditions for applying for residence permit

Meet one of the following three conditions can apply:

(1) both legally stable residence and legally stable occupation:

1. Have a legally stable residence in the SAR. Non-deep household registration personnel who have lived continuously for twelve months from the date of household registration to the date of applying for residence permit shall be deemed to have a legally stable residence;

2. Have a legal and stable occupation in the SAR. Non-deep household registration personnel who have participated in social insurance in the special zone for twelve consecutive months or eighteen months before the date of applying for residence permit shall be deemed to have a legal and stable occupation from the date of household registration to the date of applying for residence permit.

(two) meet the conditions for the introduction of talents in the special zone, and register and live in the special zone in accordance with the Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Residence Permit. 1, a high-level professional. After the expiration of the qualification of high-level talents in our city, you can still apply for or endorse a residence permit under this condition;

2. Overseas high-level talents;

3. Returned overseas students who have obtained the Qualification Certificate for Overseas Students in Shenzhen;

4. Persons with full-time college education or above (in this case, they need to be certified by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau before they can apply for a residence permit);

5. Possess the national vocational qualification certificate of senior engineer and above skills issued by the municipal human resources and social security department. * * * Including senior workers, reserve technicians, technicians and senior technicians. Conditions for extension of residence permit

Meet one of the following three conditions can apply:

(1) It meets the two conditions of continuing to have a legally stable residence and a legally stable occupation in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone:

1, continue to have a legally stable residence. If the holder has registered and lived in the Special Zone for a total of eight months within one year before the date of applying for endorsement, he shall be deemed to continue to have a legally stable residence;

2. Continue to have a legal and stable occupation. If the holder has participated in social insurance in the special zone for a total of eight months within one year before the date of applying for endorsement, it is deemed to continue to have a legal and stable occupation.
