Since I have purchased social insurance in other units/due to financial difficulties/other reasons, I cannot bear my share of social insurance premiums, and hereby apply to your company not to purchase social insurance (including work-related injury, pension, medical care, maternity and unemployment insurance) for me. I know that your company will not be able to pay the social insurance premium you should pay because I refuse to pay my share. I don't need your company to return or pay back the premium. I know the legal consequences or risks that will exist or may be caused by this behavior. The responsibilities, consequences or risks shall be borne by myself voluntarily, and have nothing to do with your company.
