According to Article 81 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China*** and the People's Republic of China, social insurance administrative departments, social insurance agencies, social insurance premium collection agencies and their staff shall protect the social insurance information of employers and individuals in accordance with the law, and shall not disclose it in any form. Therefore, the personnel of the neighborhood committee can not privately inquire about the social security information of individuals.
