How to collect and deal with unemployment insurance benefits

Unemployment insurance can be collected through WeChat city service, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

Handle 1 and click on the service through WeChat.

Open WeChat and click the service on the "Me" page.

2. Click on the city service.

After entering the page, click City Service.

3. Click Social Security.

Click Social Security on the city service page.

4. Click on the unemployment insurance claim.

Click unemployment insurance claim on the Social Security page.

Step 5 Submit information

Enter the page, fill in the information as required and submit it.

This law is based on article 14 of the Unemployment Insurance Regulations: unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance benefits:

(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) have been registered as unemployed and have job requirements.

Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.
