What materials do Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan need to run social security cards?

First, go to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to apply for employment certificates for employees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and then go to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau/branch of the insured place to apply for insurance. The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will fill in the application form and package form (pension, work injury, unemployment, basic medical care/comprehensive medical care) for you and arrange a social security number for you. After approval, the insured unit may apply to the local tax for insurance.

The above is the general process, because I have just applied for two Hong Kong people to participate in the insurance. For details, please consult 12333. The forms required for employment permit can be downloaded from the official website of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The following are the materials I need and submit to apply for an employment permit for your reference. Different places may have different requirements:

1. Employment application form with official seal.

2. The original and photocopy of the business license shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

3. The original and photocopy of the organization code certificate shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

4. The original and photocopy of the local tax registration certificate shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

5. Certificate of appointment

6. The original and photocopy of the ID card shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

7. The original and photocopy of the pass shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

8. The original and photocopy of the driver's license shall be stamped with the official seal, and the original shall be inspected.

9. Original and photocopy of health certificate, with official seal affixed, and check the original and photocopy.

10, two recent two-inch ID photos.
