Second, after the insured person pays the insurance premium in the new employment place, he or the employer shall submit a written application to the social security agency in the new employment place and show the proof of insurance payment issued by the original employment place.
Third, after reviewing the application, the social security agency of the new employment insured place confirms that it meets the conditions for transfer and connection, that is, it communicates with the social security agency of the original insured place and skillfully handles the procedures for information transfer and fund transfer of the insured person according to regulations.
Four, after the completion of the relevant procedures, the social security agency of the new employment place shall notify the employer or himself that the whole relationship transfer and connection procedures have been completed.
In other words, for the insured, as long as the application is filed and the payment voucher is presented, other procedures are handled by the social security agencies of the two places, and the insured himself does not need to travel back and forth.
Need special reminder: when you decide to leave a city, you must go to the social security agency of the original insured place to issue and properly keep the insurance payment voucher; When you go to another city for employment, you should transfer and continue in time.
How to handle social security transfer in different places?
According to this inter-provincial transfer process of endowment insurance, a normal insured person can complete the inter-provincial transfer of endowment insurance within one week at the earliest and no later than 45 working days, and in the process of transfer, 90% of the work is operated by the social security agency in the transfer area.
Step 1: Before the insured person moves across provinces, he/she shall issue the payment certificate of basic old-age insurance to the social security agency of the original insured place.
Step 2: The insured person holds the payment voucher, registered permanent residence and ID card to handle the continuation relationship with the social security agency in the new place of employment.
Step 3: The social security agency of the new employment place will review whether the applicant meets the requirements within 15 working days.
Step 4: After receiving the contact letter 15 working days, the social security agency of the original insured place will clear up whether the applicant's insurance payment is in arrears and handle the transfer of the endowment insurance fund, terminate the applicant's insurance relationship in Dangxiao Town, and issue the basic endowment insurance relationship transfer and continuation information form to the new insured place.
The last step: the social security institution of the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days after receiving the information form and the transfer fund.
