Xiangyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center (formerly Xiangfan Housing Reform Commission Fund Management Center) was established in 1992 and is an independent county-level institution directly under the Municipal People's Government. Its main function is to be responsible for the collection, use and management of housing reform funds in Xiangyang District, such as housing provident fund, public housing sale funds and housing subsidy funds, and to entrust the issuance of low-interest loans for individual housing policies. It has the administrative law enforcement function entrusted by the National Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund. The center consists of six functional departments: General Department, Personnel Supervision Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Loan Department, Collection Management Department and Audit and Regulation Department. There are 28 employees, all of whom have college education or above, with an average age of 38.

Xiangyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center is an independent county-level institution directly under the Municipal People's Government, which is not for profit. Responsible for the management and operation of policy housing funds (housing provident fund, housing reform sales, monetary subsidy funds), whose main responsibilities are:

(a) according to the "Regulations of the State Council Municipality on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund" and relevant national policies, formulate specific measures for the administration of housing provident fund in our city, and organize their implementation.

(two) responsible for the development of the city's housing provident fund management system, and supervise the implementation of the system, to deal with violations.

(three) responsible for the preparation of the city's housing provident fund collection, use plan and plan implementation report.

(four) responsible for recording the deposit, withdrawal, personal loans and use of employee housing provident fund.

(five) responsible for the city's housing provident fund accounting, preservation and collection.

(six) responsible for the extraction and use of the city's housing provident fund.

(seven) responsible for the allocation of supplementary funds for the construction of low-cost housing in cities and towns where the office is located.

(eight) responsible for the collection, use and accounting management of municipal housing subsidy funds and public housing sales income.

(nine) responsible for the overall management, assessment, supervision and inspection of the work of the offices and management departments.

(ten) in accordance with the cadre management authority, responsible for the appointment and removal of personnel in various offices and management departments.

(eleven) to undertake other matters decided by the Xiangfan Housing Provident Fund Management Committee and accept the supervision of the relevant functional departments of the provincial and municipal governments and the society.
