Medical expenses reimbursement for medical treatment in different places

1. Materials to be provided by the insured: outpatient medical records, original and photocopy of invoices, and outpatient expenses need my medical insurance card, ID card or ID card of the agent; Medical records, proof of disease diagnosis, summary table of hospitalization expenses (original), original and copy of invoice, my medical insurance card, ID card or ID card of the agent are required for hospitalization expenses.

2. The insured person shall fill in a copy of the Audit Form for Reimbursement of Medical Expenses for Employees of Units Directly under the Central Government in Tancheng.

3. Time of application materials: every Monday to Thursday, every Friday morning.

4. Reimbursement time: every Tuesday (notification is required for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses).

5. For the reimbursement of emergency expenses for less than 3 months, the unit shall issue a certificate and affix the effective official seal of the unit (including the reason for going out, the time and place where the expenses occurred, and what kind of emergency occurred).
