Does Shenzhen social security card charge?

Since March 3, 2008, Shenzhen has issued a social security card with the characteristics of "one card for multiple purposes" and "universal", and stopped issuing the original Shenzhen labor security card.

Social security card cost 20 yuan/card. It is mentioned in the "Rules" that the insured person purchases the social security card for the first time, and the cost of the work is borne by the individual. The cost of social security cards for poor college students, urban residents, severely disabled people and low-income families over 60 years old is mainly subsidized by the same level of finance. Conditional units can give appropriate subsidies to the social security card fees of the families of insured employees. The expenses for reissued cards due to loss, damage and other reasons shall be borne by individuals.
