Tianjin Financial Social Security Card Account Opening Process:

1. Social security cards are divided into batch card issuance and instant card processing.

Apply for a card immediately: the applicant must hold his second-generation resident ID card or household registration book, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, Taiwan Province residents' passport to the mainland, foreigner's permanent residence permit and other valid identity documents; /kloc-applicants under the age of 0/6 must be handled by legal guardians with valid certificates.

2. Tianjin Third Generation Social Security Card: Tianjin Third Generation Social Security is an online application and an offline application.

(1) Online application refers to applying for a social security card through real-name authentication on online service platforms such as official website, Personal Network Office, Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security APP and standardized third parties (such as Jin Xin Office APP) of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(2) Offline bid refers to the application for social security card through the instant business card printing outlets of China Bank's social security card cooperated by human and social departments. You can also collect and input social security card information in the nearest street or town party and mass service center, and issue vouchers to the social security instant business card printing outlets of selected banks to collect the cards.
