According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of the List of Serious Untrustworthy Persons in the Field of Social Insurance, we should pay attention to the following behaviors:

(a) the employer fails to register social insurance according to law and refuses to correct it after administrative punishment;

This is a real benefit for our employees. The state clearly stipulates that employees should pay social security. If your company doesn't pay you, it will be blacklisted. This will promote enterprises to take the initiative to insure employees through the provisions of the document.

(two) fraud, forgery and other illegal insurance, or illegal operation of social security business of more than 20 people or profits of more than 20 thousand yuan;

(3) defrauding insurance or social security funds by means of fraud or forged materials. , and spent more than 1000 yuan, or refused to return it after being ordered to return it, although it did not reach 1000 yuan;

(4) The recipient of social security benefits loses eligibility, impersonates or overpays social security benefits for more than 6 months or the amount exceeds 10000 yuan, refuses to return them after being ordered to do so, or fails to perform them on time after signing a repayment agreement;

(5) Malicious use of social security personal rights and interests records for purposes other than those agreed with social security agencies, or causing the disclosure of social security personal rights and interests information;

(6) The social security service agency fails to provide services according to the service agreement, resulting in a fund loss of 654.38 million yuan;

(7) The employer, its legal representative or a third party repays the work-related injury insurance benefits that have been paid in advance by the social security fund according to law, and refuses to repay if it has the repayment ability, exceeding 6,543,800 yuan;

(eight) other circumstances stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

Among them, the joint disciplinary period of (1), (4), (6) and (7) is 1 year, and the joint disciplinary period of the other four items is 3 years. It will be automatically deleted from the list of untrustworthy people after it expires.

So is it possible to move out of the blacklist in advance?

For the first time in violation of the provisions of items (1), (4), (6) and (7), Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will urge them to make rectification through appropriate means. Those who pass the rectification can be removed from the blacklist in advance, and the corresponding credit punishment will be terminated after being removed from the untrustworthy list.
