Legal analysis: April is the month when the social security base can be adjusted, and July is the month when the provident fund is set. Employees who participate in basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance shall determine the payment base according to their average monthly salary last year. Among them, the upper limit of the payment base is determined according to 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year.
