Civil servant medical insurance reimbursement ratio

The reimbursement ratio of civil servants' medical insurance is generally divided into the following cases:

(1)The reimbursement ratio of outpatient expenses for active employees: less than or equal to 3,000 yuan: 80% of the reimbursement of public medical expenses, 20% of the individual's burden; greater than 3,000 yuan: 90% of the reimbursement of public medical expenses, 10% of the individual's burden; and then reimbursement ratio of hospitalization expenses.

(2) outpatient cost reimbursement ratio for retirees: less than or equal to 3,000 yuan: public medical reimbursement of 90%, personal burden of 10%; greater than 3,000 yuan: reimbursement of 95%, personal burden of 5%; then hospitalization medical reimbursement ratio for retirees.

(3) Students enjoying public medical care are reimbursed 90% of outpatient expenses and 10% of the individual's burden; those hospitalized are reimbursed 95% and 5% of the individual's burden. The last point to be clarified is that the reimbursement rates for retirees and medical caregivers are still in accordance with the original relevant regulations.

Civil servants' welfare benefits include: enjoyment of allowances such as regional additional allowance, allowance for difficult and remote areas, and post allowance; basic salary, allowances, subsidies and bonuses; enjoyment of housing, medical and other allowances and subsidies; and end-of-year bonus for those who have been determined to be excellent or competent in the assessment.

Subsidies: for example, car allowance, meal allowance, etc. The amount of subsidies varies from region to region, and some units have them while others do not. The car allowance for a section member is 450 yuan per month, 650 yuan per month for a section-level cadre, and 1,050 yuan for a directorate level, and generally speaking the higher the level, the higher the allowance.
