How to make up the difference in social security for resigned employees

After the employee leaves his post, the employing unit shall handle the transfer procedures of the file and social insurance relationship for the employee within 15 days of the dissolution or termination of the labor contract. If the social security is transferred in different places, the insured person needs to go to the labor department where the original unit is located to apply for the transfer certificate of pension and medical insurance. If there is a position, the above materials shall be submitted to the new unit for social security procedures.
