Social security transfer, you must pay social security in the new company before you can apply for the transfer of the original social security. If there is no company to accept it, it cannot be transferred.

When a worker leaves a city, he needs to get a payment voucher from the local social insurance agency. After receiving the application for transfer and connection, the social security agency in the newly insured place will review it, issue the Contact Letter for Transfer and Connection of Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship to the agency where the applicant's original social security relationship is located that meets the prescribed conditions, and wait for the original agency to make the Information Form for Transfer and Connection of Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship, handle all procedures for fund transfer and terminate the old-age insurance relationship. After receiving the transferred basic old-age insurance relationship and funds, the social security agency in the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and promptly notify the employer or the insured person to confirm.
