What is the certificate of insurance participation in Zhongshan

Required information:

(1) The original and a copy of my valid resident's identity card;

(2) The original and a copy of the bank passbook of the bank where I have an account in Zhongshan (Industrial and Commercial Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Construction, Bank of Communications, Guangfa Bank and Agricultural and Commercial Bank of China);

(3) If you need to do it on behalf of the person who is going to do the job for you, please provide a valid resident's identity card and a copy of it to the person who is doing the job for you. The original and copy of the valid resident's identity card of the person.

(4) For foreign household registration, if you have participated in pension insurance in other places in Guangdong Province, please provide relevant proof of participation.

★Procedures:

(1) Participants in the city should bring the above required documents to the social security agency in the place where they have their hukou to apply for the registration of flexibly employed persons before the 24th day of each month.

(2) Non-city residents who are flexibly employed should bring the above required documents to the nearest social security agency to register as a flexibly employed person before the 24th day of each month.

(3) If you are applying for registration as a flexibly employed person for the first time, you must do it in person.
