When an employee is on probation, the employer should pay the "five insurance and one gold".
According to the national labor security policy, the employer has the obligation to pay for the social security of the employee from the first day of employment, regardless of whether it is during the probationary period or not. The probationary period is included in the duration of the labor contract, which means that the probationary period also belongs to the duration of the labor relationship.
