◆ Application conditions

1, the business license of the company has been cancelled or revoked and the social insurance premium has not been paid;

2, the unit is not well managed, in a state of suspension of production and did not pay social insurance premiums;

3. The legal representative of the unit escapes and the employees have no income;

4. Although the business license of the company has not been cancelled, there are no employees on the job.

◆ Handling materials

If the industrial and commercial business license of the unit is cancelled or revoked, the unit shall provide the original and photocopy of the relevant certificates for the cancellation or revocation of the industrial and commercial business license.

Copies of materials shall be stamped with official seals.

◆ Processing flow

1. If it conforms to the handling procedures, the handling institution shall print the Checklist in duplicate, and the clerk and the handling institution shall hold one copy respectively.

2. If the materials are incomplete and can be filled in, the agency shall print the acceptance receipt in duplicate, which shall be signed by the clerk, and each agency shall hold one copy. The handling agency will return all materials.

3. If the handling institution does not meet the handling requirements, it shall print the handling receipt in duplicate, which shall be signed and confirmed by the handling personnel, and each party shall hold one copy. The handling agency will copy all the materials and return them.
