The state implements a working system in which workers work no more than 8 hours a day and 44 hours a week on average. For laborers who actually practice piecework, the employing unit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law, reasonably formulate labor quotas and piecework remuneration standards. At present, there are mainly ways to shorten the working hours of workers under special circumstances, or to calculate the working hours by week, month, quarter and year, or to adopt the form of working hours without fixed working hours every day.

5. Laborers or employers who don't abide by the regulations or agreements on working hours shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Legal basis: Article 78 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the trade union shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of laborers according to law, and supervise the employing units to perform labor contracts and collective contracts. If the employer violates labor laws and regulations, labor contracts and collective contracts, the trade union has the right to put forward opinions or ask for corrections; If a laborer applies for arbitration or brings a lawsuit, the trade union shall give support and help according to law.
