Recently, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security has made further work tips on the retirement age of female flexible employees. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. According to the relevant policies and regulations of the state and our province, the retirement age of female insured persons who participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees in our province as individual industrial and commercial households without employees and flexible employees is 55 years old.

Second, according to the identity of enterprise employees to participate in the basic old-age insurance for urban workers, the retirement age is still determined according to the document of Jiangxi People's Social Development [2019] No.4. "For female employees of enterprises who have reached the age of 50 and work in management (technical) positions, the retirement age is determined according to the age of 55; For those who work in workers' posts, the retirement age shall be determined according to the age of 50 and other relevant regulations.

Third, during the period of participating in the basic old-age insurance for urban workers, when female insured persons whose insured status has changed among enterprise employees, individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees and flexible employees apply for basic pensions, the age for applying for basic pensions is determined according to their insured status.

4. Before 2011June 30, as the insurance payment record of enterprise employees, they can retire according to the retirement age policy of enterprise female employees.
