What are the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance?

The ways to apply for unemployment benefits are as follows:

1. Unemployed persons bring their identity documents, household registration books, photos and materials for dissolving the labor contract, and apply for unemployment insurance benefits at the social security agency in the city where social security is paid;

The social security agency shall file a case for verification after receiving the relevant materials submitted by the applicant: the relevant materials include the original certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract, the unemployment insurance claim form, the colored clay of the employment registration (unemployment insurance payment) certificate, the copy of the temporary residence permit, the original proof of the current residence community, etc. If the payment period of unemployment insurance is involved, it is also necessary to provide unemployment insurance as an evaluation form for the payment period.

3. For those who meet the criteria for receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed can receive unemployment insurance benefits by themselves after employment registration.

After the application for unemployment insurance benefits is approved, the unemployment insurance benefits are generally received in the month following the application.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
