How to get the social security subsidy for flexible employment?

Flexibly employed persons applying for social insurance subsidies must go to the labor security service center of the street (township) where they are domiciled with the relevant certificates proving the status of flexible employment to be identified as flexibly employed, fill in the "Registration Form for Flexible Employment", and then be registered as employed after being identified by the labor security service center of the street (township), and record the relevant information about the engagement in flexible employment in the "Unemployment Certificate".

Eligible unemployed persons applying for social insurance subsidies should go to the labor security service center of the street (township) of their household registration to file an application and provide the following materials:

(a) their Unemployment Certificates and Identity Cards

(b) proof of payment of social insurance premiums by the individual

(c) proof of family income issued by the community committee

(d) proof of family income issued by the community committee

(e) proof of employment without the benefit of unemployment insurance.

(4) For the unemployed who are not entitled to unemployment insurance, the proof of individual contributions withheld by the original insured unit or the proof of their participation.
