Legal analysis: Social Security Bureau, whose full name is Social Insurance Administration (Medical Insurance Administration), is a secondary bureau under the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.
