The latest regulations on the retirement age of female employees in Jiangsu in 2023;

4, work-related disability, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.

The retirement age of employees refers to the age when employees should not continue to work after reaching a certain age, but should quit their jobs.

Female cadres at the deputy county level and corresponding positions in party and government organs and people's organizations, female cadres at the deputy county level and corresponding positions in party affairs and administrative management in institutions and female professional and technical personnel with senior titles shall retire at the age of 60. The above-mentioned female cadres and female professional and technical personnel with senior titles can voluntarily retire at the age of 55 upon their own application.

Materials required for scrapping:

1. Retirement request (written in A4 white paper with handprint at the name);

3. A copy of the applicant's household registration (original inspection); (including the householder page and your own information page)

5. Recent one-inch bareheaded photos (used to apply for the qualification certificate of enjoying the basic old-age insurance benefits);

7. Old-age insurance should be paid to the month when retirement is declared;

8, activity personnel relations (files) processing manual;

9. The applicant shall fill in the employee retirement approval (marking) form. (Pick it up at the social security window on the first floor of Talent Building);

10. For retirees with associate senior titles or above, provide the original and photocopy of the title certificate and approval documents.

This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.

(3) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for ten years, and has been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and has completely lost the ability to work.
