Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Living Allowance for College Graduates in Dantu District of Zhenjiang City

Manufacturing enterprises and high-tech enterprises registered in Dantu District of Zhenjiang City shall pay taxes and basic old-age insurance for employees of urban enterprises according to law.

1. Full-time college graduates who come to Dantu District for employment for the first time within 2 years after graduation;

04 declaration and distribution procedures

In the first month of each quarter, enterprises log on to Zhenjiang Wisdom Society-online service hall, declare living allowance for newly-added graduates in last quarter, and upload materials such as commitment letter, ID card, graduation certificate and labor contract. If the work unit changes within the scope of social security ownership, it shall be re-declared by the newly hired insured enterprise within 6 months after the termination, dissolution of labor relations and suspension of insurance procedures with the original work unit. At the time of declaration, the basic old-age insurance for employees of graduated urban enterprises must be paid in the reporting enterprise.

05 Other matters

1. The funds required for the above subsidies shall be borne by the finance of Dantu District, Zhenjiang City.

2. The reporting enterprise should have a good credit status. When reporting, it is listed as "punishment for breach of trust" or "blacklist", and enterprises that are in arrears with social insurance may not declare employee subsidies of their own units; In any of the above cases, the declared and approved subsidies will be stopped immediately.

3. Individuals who resort to deceit to defraud subsidies shall be ordered to return all the subsidies that have been paid, and their eligibility to declare other subsidies for the "talent apprentice" youth talent introduction plan shall be cancelled together. Enterprises that resort to deceit to defraud subsidies, once verified, shall be investigated for responsibility according to relevant regulations.
