Can I get a new social security card without canceling the old one?

Legal analysis: cancellation is required. Take the social security card and ID card to the social security office hall. When the social security card is changed in the same bank, the original card can still be used. When citizens get a new card, the bank will recycle the old card and cancel it. After the settlement of the old card funds is completed, the funds in the old card will be transferred to the new card account at the same time.
