Social Security Bureau Remote Assistance Certification Form
According to the Notice of the former General Office of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on Doing a Good Job in Verification and Assistance Certification of Retired Persons Living in Different Places (No.20048 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security), the assistance certification of retired persons living in different places is carried out at least once a year.
There are currently three ways to participate in qualification certification:
1. A retiree can apply for a certificate of assistance at the labor and social security agency in the street (township) where he lives or the social insurance agency at the county (district) level where he lives with his ID card, retirement certificate and certificate of assistance. Retirees themselves or their families should send the certificate of assistance back to the social insurance agency where the pension insurance relationship is located within the month when the retirees are born. The "Certificate of Assistance Form" can be mailed to retirees by the original enterprise or the social insurance agency where the pension insurance relationship is located. Please contact the original enterprise or the social insurance agency where the pension insurance relationship is located, or visit the website of the local social security bureau to download it.
2. When you return to your retirement place, you can take part in the first fingerprint and face collection at your household registration place. After collection, you can apply for qualification certification in the face authentication system of the local social security bureau of our bureau.
3. Participate in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security unified remote networking certification. At present, all provinces and cities in China have joined the remote authentication platform in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. You can participate in remote networking certification through the original enterprise and apply for remote networking certification to the social security bureau where the pension insurance relationship is located. However, please confirm in advance whether your place of residence has joined the off-site platform of the Ministry.
Those who fail to participate in the qualification certification within the specified time shall be suspended from paying benefits until the qualification certification is completed and resumed.
